Sort of. Zephyra is always called “The baby”, she’s called it so much by EVERYONE that I’m starting to get concerned that she doesn’t actually know her name is Zephyra. We were just talking about this the other day, and how confusing it’s going to be once Marika has her baby. We’ll have “The baby Baby” and “the Baby”.
Other than that we call her ‘Z’ a lot.
Xan I often call Xan-Xan, or Xan-Man, and have since he was a baby.
Tempest has never had any nicknames from us, but up until last year she was called YaYa by the entire family due to Xan’s habit of calling her that. He started when he was around two and only just recently stopped. No one ever figured out why he chose that name, or how it developed. It seemed to come out of nowhere and sounds nothing like her name, so we’re stumped. Then again I’ve called my brother Batman for as long as I can remember and none of us can figure out where that one came from either.
